Breathing relaxation techniques in Kaleidoscope

In Kaleidoscope, we learn about a range of strategies to help us self-calm. We are discovering the strategies that suit us individually. Today we used a soft toy heart to focus on our diaphragms and learnt deep 'bubble breathing' and then tried 'buddy breathing'. Look how brilliantly we concentrated as we breathed.
